Customers should carry out machine repairs, maintenance, modifications, and additions under the guidance of TCN technical personnel; otherwise, our company will not bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect losses caused.

Parts removed during maintenance belong to our company. Our company will not be responsible for any indirect losses related to customers during maintenance work (such as losses caused by the machine not working properly).

Our company will not be responsible for malfunctions, damages, and losses caused by other devices connected to the machine or caused by software used with devices connected to the machine.

Natural wear and tear of the machine, improper transportation, and damage caused by irresistible factors are not covered by the quality guarantee.

The company provides customers with the free use right of the backend management system. If you need to replace your own logo in the system, a fee of 200 yuan/year will be charged.

For easy reference, please copy the machine model and serial number from the qualification certificate inside the vending machine onto the warranty card and keep it safe.

When machines are resold or transferred due to customer reasons, the machine warranty obligation becomes invalid from the date of transfer.
